💟Crunchy Garbanzo Beans
🔹1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed
🔹1 tablespoon olive oil (I used coconut oil spray)
🔸 #FlavorGod Garlic Lovers seasoning (I’m thinking of adding 1 teaspoon ground cumin, chili powder, and some cayenne pepper NEXT TIME for a kick (:
Heat the oven to 350°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the ingredients until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp😊
about 30 to 40 minutes or until nice and brown (:
Be sure to check on it and toss around 15minutes into baking
For moderation purposes put 1/2 cup size in little baggies (: #MacroFriendly #LowFat #ProteinSnack
